Welcome to the flock! By booking and staying with Rebel Rooster Hostel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. They're here to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM
Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Booking & Payment

A valid ID/passport is required upon check-in.
Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise stated.
We accept major cards and cash (in local currency).
All prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged for the first night.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.

4. Age Restrictions

Minimum age to stay in shared dorms is 18 years old.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and stay in private rooms.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the building. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM—be kind to the early birds!
Outside guests are not allowed in the dorm rooms.
Please respect your fellow travelers and hostel staff at all times.

6. Safety & Security

Lockers are provided, but Rebel Rooster Hostel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please secure your belongings and report any suspicious activity to staff.
Fire exits and safety instructions are clearly marked—please familiarize yourself with them upon arrival.

7. Damage & Liability

Any damage to property or extra cleaning caused by a guest will be charged accordingly.
Rebel Rooster is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises.

8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest who violates our policies or behaves inappropriately. We’re all about good vibes here—no drama, just good times.

9. Use of Facilities

Facilities (e.g., kitchen, laundry, common areas) are for registered guests only.
Please clean up after yourself and leave shared spaces as you found them.
